  • Each package includes a Brand Plug-In session where we define your foundations, audience, and positioning before design begins. The depth depends on your package tier.

  • Most projects run between four and twelve weeks depending on your package and feedback turnaround.

  • Yes. We can split payments into 50% upfront and 50% before final delivery to make it easier to manage cash flow.

  • You’ll receive your full brand delivery handover and training based on your package, plus optional ongoing support through my Design on Tap service for consistent rollout and design updates.
