Yes. I work with clients across Australia and internationally. Strategy, design and delivery are managed remotely.

I deliver one strong, strategically developed concept with up to two rounds of refinement. This keeps the process focused and ensures a clear, consistent outcome.

Font licences are not included. I’ll recommend suitable typefaces and provide purchase links so licences are held under your business.

Definitely. Whether you need a complete rebrand or a strategic update, I’ll help you refine your positioning, refresh your visuals, and rebuild consistency across your brand.

Branding is collaborative. Feedback is built into the process, and refinements ensure the final outcome aligns with the agreed strategy and direction.

Additional revisions can be arranged and are billed separately. This is always discussed before proceeding.

Work required within 48 hours or outside standard studio hours may incur a rush fee. All additional costs are agreed in advance.

The Brand Packages

Most projects run between four and twelve weeks, depending on the package and feedback turnaround.

Packages combine strategy, identity design and implementation support, tailored to your stage of growth.

Brand packages start from $7,500 excl. GST. Solo brand packages start from $3,000 excl. GST. You’ll receive a tailored proposal after your Clarity Call.

Yes. Payments are split into 50% upfront and 50% before final delivery.

Yes. Ongoing design and rollout support is available through Design on Tap.

Yes. Once final payment is complete, all final brand assets created for your project are yours to use as agreed.

Yes. Depending on the package, workshops and reviews can include key stakeholders to ensure alignment and smoother rollout.
Design On Tap Packages
Subscriptions

Design on Tap is a monthly subscription that provides ongoing, on-brand design support without hiring in-house.

Tasks are scoped at kickoff. Smaller items are batched, and larger tasks are split into sprints.

No. Capacity resets monthly, but we plan work carefully to maximise value.

Trello for task management, Google Drive for files, and Adobe, Figma or Canva for design.

Light updates are fine. Larger changes are scoped as a separate project.

Design on Tap works best once your brand foundations are in place. If clarity is missing, I’ll recommend a strategy or identity package first.

Yes. You can pause, downgrade or upgrade after the initial commitment period, depending on your plan.

It’s a focused diagnostic session that identifies where your brand has drifted across visuals, messaging, tone, customer experience and behaviour. You get clarity on what’s not aligned and exactly what to fix first.

It’s ideal for businesses who feel something is “off” with their brand but can’t pinpoint why, whether things look inconsistent, the messaging feels flat, or the brand no longer reflects who you are.

Yes. The Soundcheck helps you understand what truly needs to change before investing in a rebrand, so you’re not redesigning without direction.

No. The Brand Soundcheck is diagnostic, not design delivery. It’s designed to identify misalignment and priorities before committing to strategy or design work.

Nothing upfront. We’ll work through the five core areas of your brand together during the session so you get clarity in real time.

You’ll receive a clear, practical Brand Soundcheck Report summarising your brand’s strengths, gaps, and priority actions, so you can realign your brand with confidence.

Can I apply the fee toward a package?
The Brand Soundcheck is priced at $249 excl. GST and credited if you proceed.

Sessions are available weekly. Once you pick a time, you’ll receive your questionnaire and confirmation details.

Once you book a Clarity Call, you’ll receive a confirmation and a short questionnaire. On the call, we’ll talk through your goals and determine the most appropriate next step.

Yes. Many clients start with a Soundcheck, strategy or smaller package and scale into identity, rollout or ongoing support once things are clear.

We’ll reset scope or timing together. Any changes are discussed before work continues so there are no surprises.

Yes, where it makes sense. One-off or complex projects are scoped separately. Ongoing design is best handled through Design on Tap.
